A pictorial record of our climb up Kilimanjaro August 2007. We made the ascent via the Rongai Route returning by what was popularly referred to as the 'Coca Cola' route. The Whole group of nine made it to Uruhu (the very top) and I don't think any of us claimed it was easy.
It was a very special trip and I would recommend it to anyone who likes walking. Generally 4 - 6 hours walking a day uphill to varying degrees. You need to be reasonably fit and youth isn't the advantage you'd think.
Good luck if you try it.
